With the merger between BBVA Paraguay and GNB Paraguay, it was necessary to update their Microsoft Dynamic CRM platform to the most recent version, Dynamics 365 v9.0 (On-Premises). With Microsoft Dynamics CRM, GNB has the power to scale and support its internal processes and achieve its strategies.
One of the biggest challenges of the project was operating with two different banking cores simultaneously. Ready to face the challenge, and after 5 years of working with BBVA developing processes, Tero hit the ground running, migrating and unifying processes in sales, customer service, and operations among others.
